Avocado Ranch Wrap

Good Morning Readers!!

Here is a quick post about a quick and easy lunch!!  I am very lucky that I have a fridge at work that I can stock with lunch items.  Our office is small so I don’t have to worry about co-workers taking my food.  I have even been known to grocery shop during lunch and put my groceries in the fridge at work until time to go home.  (this is a huge time saver).  Any who, this leaves little time for actual lunch.  So this wrap is the perfect solution.

I used Applegate Farms Oven Roasted Turkey – from the deli is W30 compliant.  (My target is the only place I have found it).

Even though I have everything evenly distributed for this lovely pic…it is so much easier to wrap if you push the bacon, tomatoes, pickles and avocado to the middle before rolling.

Obviously, this is something you can play around with.  You can add onion, black olives, or whatever else you like.  Make it your own, be creative!!

I did have the deli slice the turkey pretty thick so it wouldn’t tear when I rolled it.  However, you don’t have to have it sliced this thick, it will still work if it is thinner.

Avocado Ranch Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Applegate Turkey
  • 1 slice Bacon, cooked
  • 1 Tomato, Sliced
  • pickles optional
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Whole 30 Ranch Dressing (see instructions for link)
  • 1 Lettuce Leaf

Instructions

  1. Lay out 2 slices of turkey overlapping just a bit.
  2. Layer turkey with lettuce, bacon, tomato, pickles, and avocado.
  3. Drizzle with Whole 30 Ranch Dressing.  To make dressing make a batch of Ranch Veggie Dip   Spoon a little out into a bowl and mix with water, coconut milk, or almond milk until the consistency of dressing.
  4. Now roll and Enjoy!!

*TIP - it is easier to roll if you pile the toppings in the middle and then fold the sides up over them. (burrito style)
