Whole30 Hashbrowns

Hello Readers!  I have been working on some new recipes and am posting one of my favorites today!!  Whole30 hashbrowns!!!  Who doesn’t love hashbrowns?!?

I am gearing up for the September Whole30.  Therefore, I have been working hard on new Whole30 recipes, meal prep, meal plans and much more!  I plan to take you along on my journey so if you have never done a whole30…join me!!!  I will begin on September 1st along with the rest of the Whole30 peeps!!  However, I will start posting meal plans and meal prep a week before so you know how I plan and prepare! Now let’s make some Whole30 Hashbrowns!  These are super easy to make and (as my kids would say) “regular food”.

Whole30 Hashbrowns

Super easy and delicious!!

Course Breakfast
Servings 4 Hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Potatoes
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder You could use diced onion instead
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Shred 2 cups of potatoes and place in a bowl.  (You can use any kind of potato)

  2. Now add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.  Stir until combined.

  3. In a spectate bowl whisk egg until slightly blended.  Then add to potato mixture.  Stir until potato mixture is evenly coated with the egg.

  4. Melt 2Tbsp ghee on medium to medium/high heat until melted.  Scoop potato mixture into skillet and flatten like a hashbrown.  Cook until golden brown on each side, flipping regularly for even cooking.  Enjoy!
